Customized multi-track self-hypnosis audio file.  

 

Two custom audios are delivered:

1. short track customized to your needs designed to be used daily.

2. Long subliminal sleep hypnosis track also customized for you designed to listen while you are sleeping.

The details are drawn from a questionnaire you complete and a short phone call. The script for the custom audio is then written by me, recorded then edited into the final mp3 format.
